Anita has over 25 years’ business experience including 8 years at board level for EMI Recorded Music and HarperCollins Publishers (HCP) and running her own restaurant.

Anita helped to manage the merger of Virgin Records with EMI and the integration of an acquired distribution centre in to Procter & Gamble. She has developed and led numerous people development programmes, designed to deliver leadership and management progression within a commercial context. She has run workshops for Boards and senior teams for The Law Society, EMI and Elizabeth Arden amongst others, to encourage delivery of strategy and develop team and individual performance.

As a coach, Anita has worked with a variety of clients including Macmillan Cancer Trust, Neal’s Yard Remedies and various SMEs.

Anita combines technical and business expertise with a hands-on approach to delivering people solutions for organisations. She is accomplished at raising people excellence, supporting clients to deliver business strategy and maximise operational output.

She is a mentor for an entrepreneur in Jordan through the Mowgli Foundation and is on the mentoring team for the West London Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
