Richard has over 20 years’ business experience at senior management and Board level working in various consumer and business to business markets.

He has helped to develop and implement commercial strategy in the financial services, retail, healthcare, media and leisure industries and has successfully managed a range of mergers and acquisition projects.

As a business development consultant Richard works with a wide range of enterprises from small owner managed firms to large global organisations such as Siemens.

He is an experienced and energetic facilitator and enjoys conducting everything from large workshops to one-to-one sessions on business strategy, proposition development and operational improvement.

He is also a seasoned implementer and has lead a number of business development initiatives to a successful launch. He combines creativity with a solid practical approach and believes that executing your strategy brilliantly is just as important as developing it.

Richard is currently Non-Executive Director of two new business startups.
