Who we are

We are a team of entrepreneurial business consultants. We formed Andrum in 2007 because we wanted to use our knowledge and experience to help entrepreneurial businesses like yours succeed. At the time we noticed that many people like you wanted a helping hand in order to grow and develop but the bigger consultancy firms weren’t always the right answer.

So that’s where we fit in. We think you would prefer to work with people who don’t just have blue chip credentials but who also have hands on experience of running real businesses. Here’s some more about us:

Right now we are actively involved in a wide range of enterprises, not just as consultants but also as directors, shareholders and through other activities outside Andrum. It’s this variety that keeps us fresh, up to date and stimulated and means we can share all those experiences to benefit you and your business.

As for working style, we know that running a business is complicated enough so we like to keep to the point. With us, ‘what you see is what you get’: we’re straight talkers, we’re not afraid to challenge and we get to the heart of the issue quickly.
